On my mother's side of the family, only girls are born.
祖父母の子供2人、孫6人、ひ孫4人が全員女性で、12人目の子が最近生まれました。
My grandparents has two daughter, 6 grand-daughters, and 4 great-granddaughters. The 12th girl was recently just born.
All the relatives on my mother's side of our family only have girls.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーAll the relatives on my mother's side of our family only have girls.
「母方の親戚は皆、女の子しか産まない」
all the relatives on my mother's side で「私の母方の親戚全員」と言えます。
only have girls「女の子だけ産む」＝「女の子しか産まない」
