まず「邪魔」は bother か in the way と言います。
今回の場合は、通行の邪魔になってるので in the way を使います。
使い方について説明します。普通の使い方はこんな形になります：
「○○の邪魔になってる」→ in the way of ○○
だから 他の人達の邪魔になってるは in the way of other people です。
子供達に「あなたは邪魔になってるよ」を言いたいなら
You are getting in other people’s way で伝えられます。
「他の人に通るスペースをあけて下さい」は please make room for the other people.
You're in the way of other people, maybe you could move to the side.
I think you're blocking other people from getting by. Maybe you could all step to one side.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーYou're in the way of other people, maybe you could move to the side.
「他の人の邪魔になってるよ。端に寄ったら」
to be in the way of other people で「他の人の邪魔になる」
to move to the side で「端に移動する」
ーI think you're blocking other people from getting by. Maybe you could all step to one side.
「他の人が通るのを邪魔してるよ。片側に寄ったら」
to block で「（道などを）ふさぐ」
to step to one side で「一方に寄る」
