ソフトクリームの機械がメンテナンス中のため販売中止してまって英語でなんて言うの？

アルバイト中に英語で説明できなかった文章です。
この機会に覚えたいので教えてください。

ソフトクリームは英語で soft serve ice cream と言いますが、特にそこまで気にしなければ普通に ice cream でも大丈夫です。
「メンテナンス中」は undergoing maintenance とか under maintenanceと言います。「故障中」とかであれば out of order とも言います。単純に broken （壊れている）でも大丈夫です。The machine is broken. The machine is out of order. など。

The soft serve ice cream machine is under maintenance. 「ソフトクリームの機械はメンテナンス中です」
We are out of soft serve ice cream since the machine is currently under maintenance.
「機械がメンテナンス中のためソフトクリームを切らしています」
