いじめられたことって辛いですね。僕も学生のころよくいじめられました。それって英語で何というのでしょうか？
〜がある
この言い方はだいたい
「have」と言います。
像は鼻がある
Elephants have noses
このお店はいい雰囲気がある
This restaurant has a good atmosphere
〜したことがあるは英語で言うと
I have ~ (before) です。
お寿司を食べたことがあります。
I've eaten sushi (before)
アメリカに行ったことがある
I've been to America before
考えたことがある
I've thought of that before.
「before」は「前に」ということを強調します。
いじめるは「bully」
受け身の「〜られる」は英語で
Be ~ ed と言います。
パンが食べられた
The bread was eaten
ギターが引かれた
The guitar was played
ですから受け身と「〜したことがある」を一緒にしたら、こう言います。
I have been bullied
I have been bullied before
また、「学生時代はいじめられた」とも言います
I was bullied in School

「いじめられたことがある」は、上記のように
～have been bullied
といいます。
bully は「~をいじめる」
「~したことがある 」という経験の表現に、
更に、「受け身」になりますので、
have been bullied （have + been + 過去分詞）
となります。
学生時代にいじめられた経験がある。 でしたら
I have been bullied when I was a student.
です。
なお、「いじめっ子・いじめをする人」という名詞も、同じく
bully です。
また、「いじめ」という名詞は、これを動名詞にした
bullying
となります。
I have been a victim of been bullied when I was a student.
Victim is a noun that means a person harmed, injured, or killed as a result of a crime, accident, or other event or action.
For example :"They are victims of domestic violence."
Victimは名詞で、被害者、犯罪やその他の出来事などによって発生したけが人、死亡者を表します。
例
"They are victims of domestic violence."

To be 'bullied' by a 'bully' is to be harmed and hurt by someone else who uses words , violence and intimidation to do so.
'Picked on' is another way to say 'bullied'. It refers to the fact that a bully picks and chooses a person to say and do cruel and horrible things to.
A 'victim' is to the word used to describe the person that has been 'bullied' and 'picked on' and hurt and harmed by the bully.
Bullying has now become something much more than just physical intimidation, and with the mushrooming of social media is these days more likely to be effected by internet or text messages than in person. However in this case no mention is made of the type of bullying suffered.
To be picked on = pick on someone - to keep treating someone badly or unfairly, especially by criticizing them

いまのところ、いじめは身体的な脅迫より、ソーシャルメディアの急激な増加に伴い、インターネットやテキストメッセージがより大きくなってきています。しかし、この場合、被ったいじめの種類については言及されていない。
To be picked on= 特に批判することによって悪いや不公平な扱いを続ける
"Why do you always pick on me?"：なぜあなたはいつも私をいじめるのか？
If you experienced someone being nasty to you for a period of time then it is likely you were bullied.The person who was being nasty is called ''a bully''.
I was bullied in school for wearing glasses.
I was bullied for being different.
The bully made my school life unbearable.
人に一定の期間意地悪をされたということなら、それはたぶん「bullying（いじめ）」です。意地悪をした人は「bully（いじめっ子）」と言います。
I was bullied in school for wearing glasses.
（眼鏡を掛けていて、学校でいじめられた）
I was bullied for being different.
（周りと違って、いじめられた）
The bully made my school life unbearable.
（その子にいじめられて、学校生活を続けられなくなった）
A casual way to say this is
"i was bullied at school", or "i was picked on when i was at school".
If describing more serious bullying you could use words like the
following depending on severity.
intimidated, persecuted or oppressed
カジュアルに言うのであれば、

いじめがより深刻なことを言う場合は、その深刻さによって以下の語を使うことが出来ます。

When I was younger I was picked on in school by bullies
a bully is someone who is mean to someone else for no reason. To say that you have experienced bullying in your life can be said as I have been bullied. You can also tell them when this happened 'as a child', 'when i was in school' or 'when i was younger'

“a bully” (いじめっこ・いじめ)とは、
何の理由もなく、他の誰かに対して意地悪なことをする人のことです。
人生でいじめられた経験があることを言うのは、
“I have been bullied.”
(私はいじめられたことがあります。)
といいます。
また、子供のときにそれが起こったと言うには、
“When I was in school,”や”When I was younger,”
を付け加えると良いでしょう。
いじめはひどいことです！

Here, I have provided you with several words to express the distress you endured during your time at school. However, the first sentence is the most direct approach in telling someone about your experience with bullies.
