そのleaveは「～っぱなしにする（～したままにする）」事です。
Hurryは「急いで」という意味で、come inは「入って来て」という意味ですので、
hurry and come inは「速く入って」になります。
before it gets coldはキーポイントです。
「寒くなる前に」という意味です。
Get inside and close the doorは「中に入って来てドアを閉めて」と言う意味です。
「開けっぱなしにしないで」のDon't leave the door open.を前に付けても大丈夫です。
If you leave the door open like that, it's going to get cold in here. Come inside quickly.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
