W不倫って英語でなんて言うの？

彼らは両方とも結婚していて、不倫をしているんだ。

W不倫という直接的な表現はないです
この場合、両方不倫していることを説明します

having an affair=不倫をする
both OR both-sides are having affairs
both sides=両側

affair=不倫
cheat=浮気をする
例）Both sides are cheating
両側（二人とも）浮気している

一つ以上の不倫をしている場合
He is having multiple affairs
訳）何人かと（複数の）不倫をしている
multiple=複数

「W不倫」は、

"Both people have cheated on their spouses."

"Both people are cheating on their partners."

と言うことも出来ます。

"spouse"は、「配偶者」という意味です。

"cheat on ~"は、「～を裏切る（浮気する）」という意味です。まだ現在も関係が続いている場合は、"are cheating"と現在進行形で表します。
