1.) unlikely ([可能性](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/36539/)が低い) 「可能性が低い」は英語でunlikelyと訳せます。その反対語「[可能性が高い](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/63172/)」は英語でvery likelyと訳せます。
例えば、
It is unlikely that I will become rich next year. (来年にお金持ちになる可能性が低いです)
