  • My previous company was bought out, so now I work at a new company.

My previous company was bought out, so now I work at a new company.

  • I will work for a new company because my previous company was aquired

  • I will work for a new company because my previous company was bought out

英語では結論を先にいうのが自然なので、文のアタマに、 "I will work for a new company" を持ってきてり、そのあとに、 "Because my company was acquired/bought out."

  • I am working for a new company now because my previous company is discontinued.

>>>I am working for a new company now because my previous company is discontinued. *discontinued=no longer available or bought out. Other sentences: a.My previous company was bought out and I had to change jobs. b.My previous company has been acquired and I am working for a new company now. *acquired=buy or obtain (an asset or object) for oneself.
I am working for a new company now because my previous company is discontinued. discontinued=利用できない、買収という意味を表す表現です。 a.My previous company was bought out and I had to change jobs. b.My previous company has been acquired and I am working for a new company now. acquired=購入する、(資産やものを)手に入れること。

  • My last company sold out and so I'm moving to a new one

  • My company was taken over and so I'm moving to pastures new

To sell out/up = To sell the business. Sell out means the same as sell up. "I hear she's going to sell out and move to the city." To take over = To take control of a company by buying enough shares to do this: "The firm has been taken over by one of its main competitors." Pastures new = If someone leaves for greener pastures, or in British English pastures new, they leave their job, their home, or the situation they are in for something they think will be much better.
To sell out/up = 事業を売却すること Sell out は、sell upと同義。 "I hear she's going to sell out and move to the city." "The firm has been taken over by one of its main competitors."

  • My company has been taken over so I have a new employer.

When we talk about companies buying other companies we say they are "taken over". If this is done with aggressive business practice it is called a "hostile take-over". If you will remain in the same job but the company that employs you has changed then you say "I have a new employer". If you have changed to a new job you would say " i have got a new job"
I have a new employer” (私には新しい雇い主がいます) と言います。 I have got a new job” (私は新しい仕事に就きました) と言います。

  • I wil be working for the company that bought out my old company.

My previous company was bought out by another company so I will be working under the new company's name. Or, I will be working for the new company that bought out my previous company.

  • My previous company was fully bought by another company. I will now be working for the new company.

When companies get bought, the acquiring company may want to buy the total equity but may sometimes not want to buy the employees as well. However, in most cases, employees are part of the deal. When this happens, employees of the previous company find themselves working for the acquiring company by default. A lot of things concerning human resources may change for them. So, if you are in this sort of situation, you may say: My previous company was fully bought by another company. I will now be working for the new company.
My previous company was fully bought by another company. I will now be working for the new company.
