時々見かけるって英語でなんて言うの？

「時々見かける」は
see ... once in a while
と言えます。

例：
I see him around here once in a while.
「彼をこの辺りで時々見かけます。」

または pop up「不意に現れる」を使っても言えます。
例：
He pops up around here every now and again.
「彼はこの辺に時々出没するよ。」
every now and again 「時々・ちょくちょく」
