「どっちが悪い」は

のような言い方をします。
例：
Jane assaulted Anna after she found out that Anna had slept with Jane's boyfriend.
Who do you think is in the wrong?
「ジェーンはアナがジェーンの彼氏を寝取ったことを知った後、アナに暴行した。どっちが悪いと思う？」
assault 「暴行する・襲撃する」

どっちが悪いと聞く場合はだれのせいか聞くのと
似たような事だと思うので whose fault is it と言うのもおすすめです。
この場合のどっちがは whose で 悪いは fault です。
最後の is it は 問題になってる状況を指します。
その他に誰を責めるべきかで who's to blame と言う表現もあります。
この場合の責めるべきは to blame に含まれてます。
