「外国人」は英語でそれぞれの言い方があります。
例えば、foreigner, foreign person, person from another country 等あります。
日本で最もよく使われている言い方はforeignerです。
「外国人多い」というニュアンスですので、foreignerは複数形で言えばいいです。
その為、foreignersになります。
他の言い方も複数形でしたい場合、foreign personはforeign peopleで
person from another countryはpeople from other countriesになります。
「日本語喋れない外国人」というニュアンスですので、
foreigners who don't speak any Japaneseになります。
anyのは「全く」という意味です。
「私のバイト先」は英語でat my jobになります。
ちなみに、「日本語喋れなくても大丈夫なところあるよ」は英語で表すと、
There are places where it's OK even if you can't speak Japanese.になります。
"There are a lot of foreign workers at my part-time job."
基本になるのは
"There are a lot of foreign workers at my part-time job."
です。これは「私のバイト先には外国人スタッフがたくさんいるよ」というシンプルな言い方です。foreign workers は「外国人労働者」という意味で自然です。
もう少し柔らかく言うなら
"My workplace has a lot of non-Japanese staff."
となります。non-Japanese staff は少しフォーマルで、「日本人じゃないスタッフが多い」という言い方です。
