「もし可能だったら」という部分は if it's possible にすればいいと思います。
これが日常会話で使われている言い方となり、いろいろなシチュエーションに使える表現になります。
例文 If it's possible, could you help me?
「もし可能だったら、手伝ってくれる？」
例文 If it's possible, could we change the appointment time?
「もし可能だったら、予約の時間を変更できますか？」
