have more faith で「もっと信頼がおける」という意味です。
ここでは量や程度がもっと多いと言っているので、形容詞の more を使っています。ということは more の後ろは名詞と覚えておけば良いですね。

「人間を信じるより、ロボットの方をもっと信じる。」
more than を使う場合も名詞が後ろにくることが多いですが、この例文のように節を修飾することもできます。
