・Could you read the text at a natural speed?
「テキストは自然な速度で読んでいただけますか？」
Could は丁寧な表現です。仲が良い人なら Can などでも OK です。
最後に Please をつけるとさらに丁寧です。
・Please speak slowly when your are talking to me.
「私に話しかけるときは、ゆっくり話してください」
こちらは、自分に話しかけるときの要望です。
あわせて、下記のように言うこともできます。
・Could you read the text at a natural speed, but speak slowly when you are talking to me?
「テキストを読むときは自然な速度で、私に話しかけるときはゆっくりお願いできますか？」
