「起こっちゃったね。起っちゃったよ。起ってしまった」のような言い方は英語にはないと思います。「心配（懸念）してた事が起こった」は英語で The thing I was worried about actually happened、The thing I feared actually happened もしくは The thing I hoped wouldn’t happen, happenedになると思います。
心配、懸念 – Worry
恐れる - Fear
起こる – Happen
望む- Hope
ーThe exact thing I was worried about came to pass.
「全く心配していた通りのことが起こった。」
the exact thing I was worried about で「全く心配していた通りのこと」
come to pass で「起こる・実現する」
ーThe very thing I fear the most actually happened.
「もっとも恐れていたまさにそのものが起こってしまった。」
The very thing で「まさにそのもの」
actually 「実際に」
happen で「起こる」
