昨日は何ともなかったって英語でなんて言うの？

ーThere was nothing wrong with me yesterday but when I woke up this morning I had a splitting headache.
「昨日はなんともなかったが今朝起きたらひどい頭痛がした。」
「昨日はなんともなかった」は There was nothing wrong with me yesterday と言います。
splitting headache で「ひどい頭痛・頭が割れそうな頭痛」
＊この文は、今朝は頭痛がしたけど今は治っているかもしれないし、今も頭痛があるかもしれない、どちらにも取れる言い方です。

ーI've had a bad headache since I woke up this morning even though I felt fine all day yesterday.
「昨日は一日中元気だったのに、今朝起きてからずっとひどい頭痛がする。」
「昨日はなんともなかった」は I felt fine (all day) yesterday. とも言えます。
＊I've had a bad headache since I woke up this morning は今朝起きてからずっと頭痛が続いているという意味なので、have had a bad headache... のように現在完了形を使っています。
