「検査拒否」は英語で「refused testing」と言います。「refused」の代わりに「denied」も言えますが「denied」のニュアンスは「特別な条件を達成してない」で「refused」は「何かの理由でダメと言われた」のニュアンスです。
保健所や空港で検査拒否をした人がいるそうです。
