「フリートーク」は free conversation になります。フリートークのレッスンを受けたいのであれば、I would like to have a free conversation lesson. となります。I would like to 不定詞 で「～したいのですが」となります。
また、have a ～ lesson で「～レッスンを受ける」になります。1回に限らず、今月のレッスンをフリートークにしたいのであれば、have free conversation lessons in this month になります。

free converstaionでも伝わります。ですが他人にcan I have a free conversationと問いかけたら多分相手は最初は驚くか不思議に思うでしょう。
Free conversation is when you talk to the teacher about anything without focusing on one topic. This means you would like to practice your English speaking skills. Although it is a free conversation you can also tell the teacher what you would like to talk about e.g your trip to USA, general questions or your hobbies.
