英語の発音に関して、"ou" や "au" などの音を発音する時、口の周りの筋肉に力を入れると上手く発音できることに気がつきました。ex) over, sound, south, etc.

力を入れるとは英語で色々な単語がありますが 「筋肉に力を入れる」とは "to tense the muscles" が良いです。
