片足を上げたまま歩く と言いたい場合は
「Walks with one foot raised 」と言います。
私の犬は、後ろの左足を脱臼して、その足を上げたまま歩く。と言いたい場合は
「My dog dislocated his back left leg so he/she walks with one of his/her leg raised」

ーMy dog walks with his back left leg up in the air because he dislocated it.
「うちの犬は足を脱臼したので、後ろの左足をあげて歩きます。」
walk with one leg up in the air で「片足をあげて歩く」と言えます。
dislocate で「脱臼する」
one's back left leg で「後ろの左足」です。
ーMy dog has been walking on three legs for the last few days because he injured his back left leg.
「うちの犬は後ろの左足を怪我して、ここ数日３本足で歩いています。」
walk on three legs とも言えると思います。３本足で歩くということは、１本はあげているという風にも取れますね。
