「湯加減」というのは、お風呂の温度のことですから、
temperature (温度)を使い、
「お風呂の温度」 という意味の
the temperature of the bath (water )
とします。
「温泉に行きましたが、良い湯加減でした」と言いたいのでしたら
I went to a hot spring resort. The temperature of the bath was just right and I enjoyed it.
などといいます。
(直訳・温泉に行きました。お風呂はちょうどよい温度で、お風呂を堪能しました)
温泉 a hot spring resort
ちょうどいい just right
Water temperature is the most common term.
You can say the temperature of the water is hot/warm.
You can also say the temperature of the water is cool/cold.
You can also ask: "Is the water hot or cold?" in order to find out about the temperature.
I hope this helps :)
“Water temperature”が最も一般的な用語です。水がhot(熱い)/warm(暖かい)、またはcool(ぬるい)/cold(冷たい)と言うことができます。水温を知るために”Is the water hot or cold?”(その水は熱いですか、それとも冷たいですか)と尋ねることもできます。ご参考にしていただければ幸いです。
The water temperature expresses how hot or cold the water is.
Is the water hot, lukewarm or cold?
lukewarm - only moderately warm
"The water temperature
The water temperatureは水温が冷たさや温かさを表現する際に使われます。

lukewarm -(適温な)あたたかい、ぬるい"
I do not think there is anything else you can call it.
The noun 'temperature' means' the degree of hotness or coldness measured on a definite scale using a thermometer.
Usually you may feel the degree of hotness or coldness of water by feeling it with your hands. You may describe the temperature as being 'moderate', 'warm', 'hot', 'boiling hot', or 'cold'.
There are two ways to say in within a different word order. You can either have the word, "water," come before the noun, "temperature," or you can use the, "of the water," come after the noun within this phrasal form.

Referring to the water temperature allows you to explain what it was eg- the water temperature was "Hot" or "pleasant" or "very nice".
"Hot water" explains the water had a very high temperature.
湯加減が熱いのか、寒いのか丁度いいのかなど、the water temperatureと言うことで、説明しやすいでしょうか。
"Hot water" これはすすごく熱い見ずに使います。
I would recommend this sentence " The water at the spring was hot." because it is a better explanation of what you want to say but "the water temperature" is suitable too for this purpose.
"The water at the spring was hot."(温泉のお湯は熱かった)、この文をおすすめします。あなたの言いたいことをしっかり伝えています。
"the water temperature" もこの場面で使うことができます。
