In the second sentence, you have said firstly that you may win or lose, but, you will succeed against all the odds. The noun 'odds" is the plural of the word 'odd'. It is a plural noun and has several meanings, but, in this context, it means 'the balance of advantage; superiority in strength, power, or resources'.
So, you may say:
I may win or lose, but I will succeed against all the odds.
