魚を出しているお店ってありますか？って英語でなんて言うの？

“Do you know whether the restaurants where serving fish ?”と言うと聞きました。しかし、節の中に動詞がないことやwhetherの意味がよく分からず、飲み込めていません。よろしくお願いします。
