同世代って英語でなんて言うの？

英訳1：クラスメートや同年齢の人のこと、また、能力が同格の人の意味で、peer「同級生」「同僚」という語がありますが、通常複数形で peers と言います。これが「同年代」にあたります。ちなみに、peer identityで「仲間意識」という意味です。

英訳2：same generation「同世代」もOK。

英訳3：around the same age「同じくらいの年齢」でも「同世代」になります。

「年が近い」という風に言うと、簡単な単語で
表現できますよ。

He/She was close in age.
彼／彼女は年が近いんです。

なお、close の発音は「クロース」であり、濁りませんので
そこだけご注意ください。

We are from the same era. = 私たちは同じ時代からです。同世代ですと伝えてます

I'm from that time/time of age = 自分はその時代から
例文：Pokemon! I'm from that time of age too! = ポケモン！自分のその世代です！

同世代を簡単にいったらsame eraです。

「同世代」は英語で「same generation」と「around the same age」と言います。「same generation」は大体直訳ですが「around the same age」は「歳が違っても同じようなことを経験した世代」のニュアンスです。
