「行動履歴」はmovement historyとかaction historyと言えますが、文で言うと使い方がちょっと変わります。
例文：コロナウイルスの感染者が感染発覚後の行動履歴を詐称していた
COVID-19 patients misrepresented their movements after they found out that they were infected.
または
COVID-19 patients lied about their actions after they found out that they were infected.

例えば、次のような文に使われます：

「偽る」"This individual lied about..." という表現や、"misrepresented their..." という表現も有効です。また、"track of actions" や "activity record" といった表現は「行動履歴」や「行動の記録」の意味を持ちます。
