行動履歴って英語でなんて言うの？

ご質問ありがとうございます。 詐称していたって怖いですね。 「行動履歴」はmovement historyとかaction historyと言えますが、文で言うと使い方がちょっと変わります。 例文：コロナウイルスの感染者が感染発覚後の行動履歴を詐称していた COVID-19 patients misrepresented their movements after they found out that they were infected. または COVID-19 patients lied about their actions after they found out that they were infected. ご参考いただければ幸いです。
