英語での命令形でしたら、"Drink!"だけでも良いです。あるいは、「それを飲んで！」という場合"Drink it!"で"it"=「それ」を付けます。
「クチュクチュ」にあたる英語の単語は"rinse (your mouth)"です。
例："Make sure to rinse your mouth after eating." 「食べた後は口をゆすぐようにね。」
そして、最後の「ぺッ」は"spit it out"と言えます。
Put some of this in your mouth and try to spit it out.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーJust drink this.
「これ飲んじゃって」
ーTry this.
「これ飲んで」
ーPut some of this in your mouth and try to spit it out.
「これ少し口に入れてから、吐き出して」
このように口をゆすぐのを教えてあげても良いと思います。
