"neither good with ~ nor ~"というフレーズで「〇も〇も苦手（嫌い）」を表せます。
「嫌い」を直訳すれば"hate"なので：
"I hate summers that are too hot, and I also hate air conditioners that work too well."
(暑すぎる夏が嫌い、そして効き過ぎるエアコンも嫌い）という文章も考えられます。
