自分の仕事を説明している時に「見積り、設計、もちろん工事もします。」は英語で言いたいならこのようになります。 We do estimates, design, and of course construction. We offer estimates, design, and of course construction. 会社がどのようなサービスを提供しているかを説明している時に「We do~ ○○」か「We offer~ ○○」と言えば自然です。また、「My company does~ ○○」,「My company offers~ ○○」、「My workplace does~○○」に言えばふさわしいです。 「I work for a company that does interior design, providing estimates, as well as the design and construction of carpets and curtains」と言えば良いと思います。 「My company specializes in carpets and curtains」は「私の仕事は特にカーテンやカーペットを専門しています。」

「見積もり」はestimateと言います。 「工事をする」は、do the work、「取付（工事）」のように名詞で言う場合はinstallationとなります。 家全体のリフォームなど大掛かりな工事なら、constructionを使います。
