On the website, it states that this is available for commercial use, so if I purchase 1 month membership, does it mean that I can create maps within the specified period and I am allowed to use those maps for commercial purposes permanently? Or, am I only allowed to use those maps for commercial purposes within the specified period which is for one month in this case?

今回のケースでは、特に「永続的な権利」なのか「サブスク期間中のみの権利」なのかをはっきりさせる必要があります。
例：
I’d like to use the maps for commercial purposes.
マップを商用利用したいです。
Is perpetual commercial use allowed?
永久的な商用利用は許可されていますか？
commercial use / commercial purposes = 商用利用
perpetual = 永久的な、永続的な
one-month license / one-month plan = 1ヶ月版
