「最後こそ」はuntil the endと言いますが、ジムの話ではuntil the last rep/setと言えます。
「手を抜かず丁寧にやろう」はdo it properly without releasing your gripと言えますが、keep the proper formとかmaintain the correct formの方がジム的な言葉だと思います。
