「あの人なら信頼できます」というのは、 You can trust him/her. (彼・彼女を信頼できる) He/She is trustworthy. (信頼できる人です) というふうに言えます。 「いつでも相談にのってくれる」というのは、 He/she is always willing to give advice. (いつも相談にのってくれる意志がある) He'll/she'll give you advice whenever you need it. (いつも相談にのってくれれば頼める) といいます。 「紹介しましょうか」というのは、 Would you like me to introduce (him/her to) you? Should I introduce you to him/her? として使えます。
