なんか意識的に脳内ゾンビ化したような感じだと思いますが 言葉で表現するの難しいですね。 この場合のずーっとは相当長い間を意味すると思うので looong time と表現してます。 頭があーーーってなるはほぼ直訳で my head becomes like aaaugh と言うのも有です。
