「もしも今年だったらコロナで中止になっていただろうしきっと後悔していただろう」は
「If it was this year, it would have been cancelled because of COVID-19 and I would have surely regretted it」です。

I would regret that I didn't go last year. で「昨年行かなかったことを後悔していただろう」と言えます。
