と同じ名前 は with the same name as と表現すると良いです。
見つけた は I found と言いますが会ったで I met と表現するのも
有だと思います。
「あなたの猫と同じ名前の茶色い猫を見つけた」
"I found a brown cat with the same name as your cat"
I spotted a brown cat with the same name as Momo at the cat cafe.
I spotted a brown cat that was also named Momo at the cat cafe.
・spotted=見つけた
foundと同じ意味です。
spotは発見た目撃したという意味合いが強いです。

I spotted a cat sleeping in front of the store this morning.
She spotted a friend in the city yesterday.
・that was also named Momo=同じくモモという名前の
