I didn't think being deaf in one ear would be this tough. といえます。 片耳聞こえるならそんなに生活に支障ないでしょ と思っていたけど、実際は不都合なことだらけでした。 "Being deaf in only one ear shouldn't hinder my daily life" is what I thought, but its actually quite inconvenient.
