すり合わせておく、って英語でなんて言うの？

「顧客とのミーティング前に意見をすり合わせておこう。」
to get our thoughts together は「考えや意見をまとめる・整理する」という意味なので、これを使って「意見を擦り合せる」と言えると思います。

ーLet's make sure we're on the same page before Mr. Smith arrives for the meeting.
「スミス氏がミーティングに来られる前に意見をすり合わせておこう。」
be on the same page は「同じ見解を持つ・大筋で合意している」という意味なので、make sure we're on the same page で「私たちが同じ見解を持っているか確認しておこう」＝「意見をすり合わせておこう」と言えますね。
