"天国で会えたと思う？" は英語で Do you think they met in heaven? といえます。
しかし、私は Do you think they were able to meet in heaven? といいます。
過去形 -> 未来形
なぜかわかりません...もう少し優しい？言葉使いだと思います。
Do you think your grandma reunited with your grandpa up in heaven?
でも大丈夫だと思いますよ。ちゃんと言いたいことは通じます！
しかし私だったら Do you think your grandma was able to be reunited with your grandpa up in heaven? といいます。
Do you think your grandmother has been reunited with your grandfather in heaven?
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーDo you think your grandmother has been reunited with your grandfather in heaven?
「あなたのお祖母さんは、天国でお祖父さん
に再会できたかな？」
to be reunited with ...「人と再会する」
