「この話の続きはありません」は英語で色々な表現があります。まずは「この話」は英語で this story と言います。もっと具体的に言いたい場合には this manga, this book, や this series を言ってもいいです。次の「続き」は英語で continuum と言います。発音は少し難しいので、does not continue を言いたら、構いません。これは「続きません」の意味です。例えば、
There's no continuum for this manga series.
この漫画シリーズの続きはありません。
This novel does not continue.
この小説が続きません。
最後の例は少し曖昧なので、「終わった」と付けたら自然です。例えば、
This story is finished and does not continue.
この話が終わって続きません。
ーThere is no sequel to this Manga.
「この漫画には続編がありません。」
sequel で「続編・続き」という意味なので there is no sequel to ... で「…に続き・続編はない」と言えます。
ーThere is no continuation to this story.
「この話に続きはありません。」
continuation も「続き・続編」という意味があるので、there is no continuation to ... を使っても言えますね。
