Post-pub means after your have been to a bar (also know as a pub, or public-house in the UK). Grub is a colloquial term to describe food that is satisfying and simple.
So food that you eat after drinking at a bar that is simple and filling is "post-pub grub". In the UK kebabs are the most commonly eaten post-pub grub.
