～別に ～ごとに 各～、～単位で ～おきになどの単位を表現するのが、難しいです。each～、per, by the～ ,every ～、などの使い分けが難しく、非常に悩んでいます。

使い分け難しいですね。他の例文と言えば
“At that school there is one teacher per every ten students.” （あの学校で生徒が10人につき先生が１人います。）
“The rental fee is $15 per hour.” （貸出の料金は１時間ごとに１５ドルです。）
“SALE! (limited to one item per customer).” （セール！（お客さん一人一品に限ります。）
“per” はXにつきYみたいな使い方です。
“each” は各みたいな使い方です。
“Each family has its own way of doing things.” （各家族はその家族のやり方があります。）
“by the” はよく 値段の話にでます。例えば
“We charge by the hour.” （料金は１時間単位です。）
“They sell meat by the pound.” （肉をポンド単位で売っています。）
