To 'down' a drink is commonly used. Depending on the context when speaking, it may be an alcoholic drink. 'He downed his beer in one.' 'In one' means 'without resting'. 'Bottoms up' is something that is said by someone who will drink their drink 'in one'.

in one goは省いても良いですが、
chugだけだと、必ずしも「一気飲み」とは限らず、ただ単に「たくさんのドリンクを素早くグイっと飲む」ことの意味でも使われるので、
一回で全部飲み干す意味だとハッキリさせたい場合には、in one goを付けます(^^♪
