懸念(不安)を払拭できなかったって英語でなんて言うの？

英語の場合は I couldn't put him/her at ease もしくは I couldn't put his/her mind at easeをよく言います。目線/角度が違いますが、意味は 「安心させることができませんでした」という意味になります。

-Hearing that they arrived safely really put my mind at ease.

お客さんの懸念を払拭できなかった - I couldn't put the customer's mind at ease もしくは I wasn't able to put the customer's mind at ease

お客さんの懸念事項や不安要素が払拭できなかった - I couldn't gain the customer's trust
I couldn't gain the customer's trust- お客さんに信用/信頼してもらえなかった

I wasn't able to alleviate the customer's concernsも大丈夫だと思います。
