何が我慢できないのかが明確でないので、例えば友達が待っても待っても来ないから、もうどこかに行こう、と言う場合次のように言えます。

「もう待てない。（我慢できない）どこかに行こう。/ どこに行ったの？
それか何かが不快で我慢できないから、どこかに行こう、という場合なら、次のように言えます。
ーI can't stand this anymore. Why don't we go somewhere? / Where did you end up going?
「もう我慢ができない。どこか行こう。/どこ行ってきたの？」
