「交換できますか」は「Can I exchange it?」ですが、この場合は丁寧な言葉を使うといいです。日本語と同じく、英語も文が長くなればなるほど丁寧になります。それに、質問は「.」で終わる文より丁寧です。 Can I exchange it? Could I exchange it?
