「操作はご自身でお願いします」を英語にすると「please use/operate it yourself」になりますが、ニュアンスが少しストレートすぎて、強い印象の言葉になってしまいます。

それより、従業員がサポートできないことを伝えた方が自然な英語になる気がします。

この文だけで十分伝わると思いますが、「自分で操作してください」ともう一度強調したいなら、以下の文も追加して大丈夫です。
