のように言えます。
self-isolation で「自己隔離」です。

「隔離」はisolationですが、命令で隔離される時にquarantineの方がぴったりです。というのは日本での隔離はquarantineと言えますが、自主隔離はself-isolationとself quarantineと言えます。
