色々な言い方ができますが、
if you don't say it.=それを言わなければ
unless you tell them.=教えない限り
などが便利な表現です。
find outは調べてわかるとき、tellはぱっと見てわかるときに使いますが、ここではどちらの表現も使ってもOKです。
「言わなきゃ」は、if you keep it quiet/secret.と言ってもいいですね。
「黙っておけば」「秘密にしておけば」という意味です。

二重国籍や税金等、申告するような案件に場合は"to declare"を使うのが一番自然です。例えば：空港について荷物を受け取ってから税関を通る時に"Have you got anything to declare?"と言われます。
「いろんなところに喋ってしまう」意味合いで"to shout from the rooftops"の言い方もあります。例えば："I will get married in 6 months, but don't shout it from the roof tops. I will tell everyone in time." (6か月後に結婚することになったけど、まだ言わないでね。時が来たら皆に伝えるから。)
そして、"to trumpet"は"to shout from the rooftops"と同じ意味ですが、少し誇らしげに伝える、というニュアンスが加わります。
例えば：He trumpeted for 6 months he had passed the entrance exam to that university! (彼は６か月あの大学の入学試験に受かったことを誇らしげに言いまわってた。)

Who knows?で「誰が知っているの？＝誰も分からないでしょ？」という意味です。言いかえると「バレないでしょ？」と言っているのと同じです。ちなみに二重国籍は、dual citizenshipと言います。ハーフや移民の方々はアイデンティティは両国あれど、国籍は１つに絞らないと困るのはご自身ですからねぇ。
