100人いたら100通りの考え方があるって英語でなんて言うの？

おっしゃられている内容は、シンプルに趣旨だけを表現すると、
Everybody has different ideas.
「みんな違う考えを持っている」
と言い表せます。
100という表現にこだわるのなら、
If there are 100 people, there should be 100 different ideas.
のようにも言えます。

ideasはopinionsやways of thinkingにも言い換え出来ます。
