自己隔離の解除って英語でなんて言うの？

「解除する」、「無くす」は「get rid of 〜」といいます。
「Do away with 〜」も「無くす」、「解除する」という意味です。
どちらも少しカジュアルな表現ですが、よく使われています。

「自己隔離」は「self-isolation」または「quarantine」と言います。

Until the country gets rid of the required 14-day quarantine, I can't go to see you.
国が14日間の自己隔離を無くすまでは、会いにいけません。

Unless the country does away with the required 14-day self-isolation period upon re-entry, I can't go to see you.
国が帰国後の14日間の自己隔離を解除してくれないと、会いにいけません。

I can't take a month off of work.
仕事を１ヶ月も休めません。

I can't just not work for a month.
１ヶ月仕事をしないでいることができません。
