いろんな場面でハラハラ・ヒヤヒヤするという言い方を教えてほしいです。
ネットで調べると、keep me in suspenseとkeep me on my toesという２つの表現が見つかりました。
ドラマや映画でハラハラしたというとき、スポーツ観戦をしてハラハラしたというときはどっちの表現を使用すればいいのでしょうか？
また、ほかの表現があれば教えてほしいです。

『ハラハラ・ヒヤヒヤする』は、いくつか言い方がありますが、
ご存じの通り、
keep someone in suspense
keep someone on his toes
はよく使うと思います。
例えば、keep the audience on their toes とすると映画などが『観客をハラハラドキドキさせて釘付けにする』というような意味になります。つま先で立っていて、いつでも走りだせるよう常に緊張感があるというようなイメージです。
また、『身を乗り出して、引き込まれて夢中になって、魅了されて、ひどく興奮して、ワクワク・ハラハラ・ウズウズして、手に汗を握って』という意味で、on the edge of one's seat を使って
His story about the car accident had me on the edge of my seat. とすると
『彼の自動車事故の話を身を乗り出して聞いた。』と言えます。
I was on the edge of my seat during the whole game. とすると
『私は試合中ハラハラしっぱなしだった。』と表現できますね！
